Before You Join

Do I need to already be in shape?

No. TFS is built for real people with different starting points, goals, and fitness levels. Whether you are getting started, returning after time away, or trying to take your fitness further, the coaching team can help you train at an appropriate level.

What if I have a specific goal?

TFS supports a range of goals, including weight loss, strength, general fitness, athletic performance, and physique development.

Can I start at any time?

Yes. New clients can enroll throughout the year and begin based on their selected program option and training schedule.

How TFS Works

Is this one-on-one personal training?

No. TFS is semi-private personal training. You train in a small-group environment while still receiving coaching, instruction, structure, and accountability.

Who coaches the sessions?

TFS is delivered by The Fat Killer coaching team, led by Coach Marvin Williams.

How many times per week do I train?

That depends on the program option you choose. Most clients train either once or twice per week, with additional program options available when a different training frequency is a better fit.

What makes TFS different from working out on my own?

Most people already know exercise matters. The harder part is staying consistent. TFS gives you coaching, structure, accountability, and a training environment designed to help you follow through long enough to create meaningful change.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. TFS includes a custom macro-based nutrition plan designed to support your goals. Your plan is built using information collected during onboarding, including your goals, habits, starting point, and needs.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. The goal is to create a nutrition approach you can follow consistently. TFS focuses on sustainable progress rather than short-term restriction.

Is nutrition the main service?

No. The primary service is semi-private personal training. Nutrition support is included to help support your training results.

What program options are available?

The main TFS page features the options selected by most clients, including 1x/week, 2x/week, and a paid-in-full session option. Additional program options may be available depending on your goals, schedule, and preferred commitment level.

Can I pay in full instead of monthly?

Yes. Paid-in-full session programs are available for clients who prefer to pay up front instead of using monthly billing.

What if I am not sure which option is right for me?
