AF TRAINING SOLUTIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in any AF Training Solutions program, service, membership, coaching package, personal training agreement, or recurring billing program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
AF Training Solutions provides and administers fitness coaching and personal training services. Certain services may be delivered by independent contractors, coaches, trainers, or affiliated brands, including Marvin Williams and The Fat Killer brand.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
AF Training Solutions offers various fitness, coaching, and personal training services, including but not limited to:
• Semi-private personal training
• Personal training services
• Nutrition guidance
• Specialty coaching services
• Paid-in-full training packages
• Recurring monthly memberships
• Promotional and specialty programs
Specific program details, pricing, payment schedules, commitment periods, included services, and membership benefits are disclosed during enrollment and checkout.
PROGRAM SELECTION & COMMITMENT
Certain programs offered by AF Training Solutions may include recurring memberships, installment payment plans, paid-in-full purchases, minimum commitment periods, promotional pricing requirements, or other contractual obligations.
The specific pricing, payment schedule, commitment period, cancellation requirements, and program details associated with the Client's selected program are disclosed during enrollment and checkout.
By completing enrollment, submitting payment, and participating in any AF Training Solutions program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the specific terms associated with the selected program.
RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling in a recurring membership or subscription-based program, the Client authorizes AF Training Solutions to automatically charge the payment method provided for all scheduled recurring payments associated with the selected program.
Recurring payments will continue according to the agreed billing schedule until the program is properly cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable program requirements.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file.
A service charge of $25.00 may be assessed for:
• Declined payments
• Insufficient funds
• Returned checks
• Chargebacks
• Failed recurring drafts
AF Training Solutions reserves the right to suspend services, deny future scheduling, or terminate participation for delinquent accounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellation of a program does not eliminate any financial obligations associated with the selected program.
Clients remain responsible for satisfying any commitment period, installment agreement, recurring billing obligation, or other payment terms associated with the program selected during enrollment.
Requests to cancel must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Client's selected program.
EARLY TERMINATION
Clients seeking to terminate participation before satisfying the commitment period associated with their selected program may remain responsible for the remaining balance, future scheduled payments, early termination fees, buyout amounts, or other obligations disclosed during enrollment and checkout.
SESSION POLICIES
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled training session.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing by AF Training Solutions.
NO REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued for:
• Completed services
• Used sessions
• Partially completed memberships
• Prepaid packages
• Expired sessions
• Missed sessions
• Voluntary withdrawal from a program
Except where otherwise required by law.
FACILITY RULES
Clients agree to comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of any facility where AF Training Solutions services are provided.
Training services may be conducted at third-party facilities, including Next Generation Health & Fitness, or other approved training locations.
TRAINER ASSIGNMENTS
AF Training Solutions reserves the right to assign, reassign, substitute, or replace coaches, trainers, or service providers as necessary.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
AF Training Solutions may engage independent contractors, trainers, coaches, and affiliated brands to provide services to Clients.
Such providers may include Marvin Williams and The Fat Killer brand.
AF Training Solutions remains responsible for the administration, billing, and management of Client accounts.
TEMPORARY MEDICAL FREEZE
Temporary membership freezes for documented medical reasons may be granted at the sole discretion of AF Training Solutions.
Medical documentation from a licensed physician may be required.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The Client understands that participation in fitness activities, exercise programs, personal training sessions, nutrition guidance, and the use of exercise equipment involves inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, disability, or death.
By participating in any AF Training Solutions program, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
The Client releases and forever discharges AF Training Solutions, Marvin Williams, The Fat Killer, all affiliated trainers, contractors, employees, representatives, facility owners, and related parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising from participation in training activities or use of facilities and equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
AF Training Solutions and its representatives do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
All information provided is intended for educational and fitness purposes only.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or fitness program.
PHOTO & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE
The Client grants AF Training Solutions permission to use transformation photos, testimonials, before-and-after images, videos, social media content, and related marketing materials for promotional purposes unless the Client submits a written request opting out of such use.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
AF Training Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in any program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling in any AF Training Solutions program, submitting payment information, completing checkout, authorizing recurring billing, or participating in any service provided by AF Training Solutions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
